"When I booked with you I specifically asked for a child seat. On neither occasion were we provided with one. I queried this with the company and was told that they do not provide such seats. Given that I specifically requested this I would have expected to have been told in advance that no child seat could be provided. I am very disappointed that no one at your company did so. "
