Sadly, the service was let down by the staff at Taxicode.
When I tried to alter the size of our vehicle a few days before our journey, the Taxicode Helpdesk advised me I would have to pay 90% of my original fare on top of my new fare if I altered my booking.
I find this a crazy way of doing business at times when many people are still having to alter bookings due to covid!
