"Didn’t turn up. I had stressed the importance of timing. 15 minutes after due time when I checked the status on line status was Awaiting driver assignment. I had to make other arrangements but still nothing from Alpha when I left 45 minutes later. AND THEN ALPHA TOOK THE MONey FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. ALPHA HAVE BEEN UNAVAILABLE ON THE PHONE EVER SINCE."
