"Very good service apart from receiving an email on the evening that our return taxi was cancelled (we were at a wedding and received this 45 minutes before the agreed pick up time). I saw the email 15 minutes before the agreed pick up time and tried to call to clarify (unsuccessfully as nobody picked up). The driver turned up as booked and called us to say he was there but this made the last 15 minutes of our evening very stressful."
