"Nothing went wrong as such with the meet and greet. Simply that the flight was 1/2 hrs ahead of schedule so I was through baggage reclaim before the driver arrived at the set time. It therefore made sense that I went outside to meet the driver at the car park / pick up zone rather than him coming into the terminal building.
