"Only about 10 minutes late - so not a big deal but I did find it impossible to get through to the office on the telephone to find out what was happening. A slightly anxious few minutes - but the driver did then arrive so ultimately no harm done. Capesthorne Hall is a big place so the driver may not have realised that it takes 5 minutes to drive through the grounds."
